Anirban Basu is Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc., an economic and policy consulting firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland with an office in Indonesia. The firm provides strategic analytical services to energy suppliers, law firms, medical systems, government agencies, and real estate developers among others. In 2014, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed him Chair of the Maryland Economic Development Commission. He also serves as chairman of the Baltimore County Economic Advisory Committee. He is also the Chief Economist to Associated Builders and Contractors and Chief Economic Advisor to the Construction Financial Management Association. He serves or has served similar functions for Visit Baltimore, Maryland Realtors, and Marcum, LLC. He lectures at Johns Hopkins University in Global Strategy and has also taught international economics, urban economics, micro- and macroeconomics at Hopkins. His radio show can be heard weekdays on 88.1FM, WYPR, Baltimore. In both 2007 and 2016, the Daily Record newspaper selected Mr. Basu as one of Maryland’s 50 most influential people. The Baltimore Business Journal named him one of the region’s 20 most powerful business leaders in 2010. Mr. Basu has been on many boards over time, including First Mariner Bank, the Baltimore City Public School System, Port Discovery, the Baltimore School for the Arts, and Union Memorial Hospital. He is currently on the boards of the University of Maryland School of Law, St. Mary’s College, the University System of Maryland Foundation, the Center for Emerging Media, the Lyric Opera House and the Archdiocese of Baltimore School System. Mr. Basu earned his B.S. in Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 1990. He earned his Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and his Master’s in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. His Juris Doctor was earned at the University of Maryland School of Law. His doctoral work was completed at UMBC with a concentration in health economics.

Steve Weiler is a 30+ year veteran of the real estate industry. Steve has been an award-winning real estate agent and manager. As a manager he helped coach the success of 8 agents who ranked among the top 10 in their local Association of Realtors for greatest number of transactions, listings sold or dollar volume in a year. For several years in a row, both the number 1 listing agent in Montgomery County, Maryland and the number 1 listing agent in Washington D.C. worked with Steve out of the same office. Many very successful agents, managers and broker/owners today got their start working with Steve. He has always enjoyed sharing, teaching and coaching his colleagues in the industry. Steve is a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, MD as well as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Additionally, he has obtained the CRS designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the Realtors National Marketing Institute and numerous other real estate specific designations. He holds a broker’s license in Maryland and an associate broker’s license in Washington, DC. Steve is also an ARELLO Certified Distance Learning Instructor. Steve has developed and taught many professional development and continuing education classes. He is a highly sought-after speaker and trainer. Steve is an active member of MREEA (Maryland Real Estate Educators Association). He has been the past President of the Maryland Real Estate Educators Association (2014-2015 & 2015-2016), a member of the MREEA Board of Directors and currently also serves as Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee.

He has focused his career in efforts to help realtors grow their business. Mike has been a licensed attorney in Maryland since 1985. Mike has held leadership roles in law firms and title agencies over his 32‐year career, including leadership roles in Ridgway and Griffin, Chartered, and Universal Title, a large regional title agency serving MD, DC and VA. Mike is currently the CEO, President and majority owner of Community Title Network, LLC, a title agency which provides residential and commercial settlement services in MD, DC, VA, and DE. He is also the Managing Member in the Ridgway Law Group, LLC which focuses its practice on providing legal assistance in real estate transactions and matters.

Christopher is a member of the District and Columbia and Maryland Bars as well as a licensed title agent in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
