Kevin joins RealtyConnect DMV with experience as a settlement attorney in the District of Columbia handling both residential and commercial settlements in a high volume, fast-paced, and dynamic professional environment. Kevin has spent significant time developing personal relationships within the real estate business community and is known for his creative problem-solving skills and his ability to provide customers and clients with practical solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Kevin is also an active member of the D.C. arts community and an accomplished audio engineer. He has recorded major label artists such as One Direction and composed music for film and television including MTV and E!. Kevin is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School, the University of Maryland at College Park, and the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Kevin is a member of the District of Columbia and the Maryland Bar and a licensed title producer in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
Josh joins the Community Title Network team as the managing attorney of our Arlington location after practicing as a securities regulatory attorney at two AmLaw Top 200 firms. Using his experience, Josh finds creative and practical solutions to assist his customers and clients with the purchase, sale, and refinance of residential and commercial properties. Josh is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and University of Miami School of Law (with honors). When he is not assisting clients, Josh loves traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Josh is a member of the bar in D.C., Florida, Maryland and Virginia, and a licensed title producer in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Christopher G. Mancini, a native and lifetime resident of the Delmarva Shore, brings over 10 years of legal experience in his role as Managing Branch Attorney for our Fenwick Office. Chris is a licensed attorney in both Delaware and Maryland. He focuses his practice in real estate law in both Maryland and Delaware. Chris is known for his creative problem-solving skills and his ability to provide customers and clients with practical solutions tailored to their individual needs. He is a trained mediator and also practices in the area of Trusts and Estates and engages in Will preparation.
Prior to focusing his practice on real estate, Chris served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Honorable Scott D. Shellenberger, in Baltimore County, MD.
Chris attended Worcester Preparatory School in Berlin, Maryland. After high school, he attended Washington College, where he received his B.A. in Business Management while playing four years of lacrosse.
Chris received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, in 2012.
Chris and his wife, Sami, love living in Fenwick and working at the beach. Chris is dedicated to the real estate community as well as the general Delmarva community at large.
For more than 20 years, Brian has been representing clients in all three Delaware counties in residential and commercial real estate settlements, as well as helping clients with Will Preparation and Estate Administration.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Delaware and a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law. He has taught numerous seminars to fellow attorneys on real estate and title matters in addition to working as an instructor in civil procedure in the University of Delaware’s continuing education department. Brian is involved with several community organizations and sits on the Board of Directors of MOT Charter School in Middletown, Delaware
Christopher has more than 8 years of legal experience in real estate. Christopher quickly developed a passion for conducting settlements because each transaction provides a unique opportunity to assist and guide his clients to a successful conclusion. Christopher firmly believes that each client deserves the highest level of customer service, and he is deeply committed to educating his clients throughout the settlement process. Christopher is known for developing practical solutions to complex title issues in both residential and commercial transactions. Over his career, Christopher has handled thousands of real estate settlements. Prior to joining Community Title Network, Christopher served clients and real estate professionals as manager of a branch office for a large title company in Capitol Hill.
Christopher is a graduate of Georgetown Preparatory School, Hobart College, and the Catholic University School of Law. Christopher is a member of the District and Columbia and Maryland Bars as well as a licensed title agent in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
Mike is recognized in the region as one of the innovative industry leaders in improving the entire customer experience in the settlement process. Additionally, he brings over 32 years of experience as a lawyer and proactive problem solver to every aspect of the settlement process. He is a deeply committed to the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders in the settlement transaction and has built his professional team around this foundation. Mike has lived his entire life in the Washington Region and is passionate in serving consumers, real estate professionals, and the general community. Mike is a recognized philanthropist in the Washington Region, volunteering his time, and often taking leadership roles, in many non-profit organizations and efforts that serve youth- particularly underprivileged youth. Mike is a graduate of Georgetown Prep, Dickinson College, and has a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University School of Law.
Linda De Malor
Known by many as the Tax Lady, she is often described as one of the most engaging, fun and informative teachers and lecturers in the Greater D.C. Metropolitan Region. Linda de Marlor is revered all over the region for her intricate tax knowledge and fun-filled approach to taxes.
She has been a prominent figure in the area since the 80’s and was speaking regularly on local T.V. and radio stations. She has appeared on C-Span and regularly teaches for various real estate offices and professional organizations throughout the region.
Gee Dunsten, ABR, GRI, CRS
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Gee has been in the trenches of the real estate business for more than three decades, having helped more than 3,500 families achieve the American Dream of home ownership.
Nationally recognized as a residential sales and marketing specialist, Dunsten is currently an associate broker residing in Ocean City, Maryland. He has been a Certified CRS Instructor with the Residential Real Estate Council for more than 25 years and served as 2001 National President. A prolific author and speaker, his hands on approach to real estate training with leading edge ideas and systems has made him a popular speaker at the NAR conventions, as well as numerous state and local association conventions and seminars. He is also president of Gee Dunsten Seminars, Inc. and has taught in all 50 states, as well as Australia, New Zealand and Chile.
